User Conduct

You are solely responsible for your conduct while accessing or using our Services. You agree that you will not:

  • Attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ or attempt to access any feature or area of our Services that you are not authorized to access.

Intellectual Property

Proprietary Rights

The Services and the entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by TIGI, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

In no event will TIGI be liable for damages of any kind.
